About the department

You will be organisationally placed in HR DD&IT in GBS, and you will report to the local Head of Develop, Engage and System. The internal IT systems in Novo Nordisk support our 55,000 colleagues globally and our 5,000 managers. Our goal is to create intuitive user experience and business value for our colleagues using these systems. We are anchored in DD&IT Staffs in the global Digital, Data & IT organisation.

The Position

As an Advance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Line of Business on SAP Successfactor T2g and Learning Management system for resolve issues or queries raised by users through incident management for PMGM, employee profile, succession and LearnIt modules.

You will act as an advocate for: -

  • Prepare, provide, and develop the services agreed in the SLA and manage the expectations of Line of Business, customers, stakeholders, and users on the use of the services and system/platform.
  • Act as a techno-functional expert and single point of contact for users/affiliates for configuration of the system based on the user requirements, system (PMGM, Employee Profile, Succession and LearnIt).
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process using ServiceNow and act as point of contact for change and releases including system upgrades, enhancement and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible for testing activities related to development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing and create and execute test cases in TIMS
  • Coordinate with vendor for day-to-day operation of the agreed services and analyse the changes to the system provided by the vendor and implement the changes with close collaboration with the vendor.
Qualification
  • We imagine you to hold a bachelors or master\'s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
  • Should have overall 6-8years of experience in IT and relevant 5-6 years of experience relevant field.
  • Experience in LMS, PMGM, Succession and Employee profile modules of SuccessFactors.
  • Good experience in test case development, test execution and test data generation.
  • Knowledge on ITIL (use of ServiceNow) and agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
  • Certification in any one of the above modules will be an added advantage
