Our people have a unique combination of IT insight and the ability to navigate many agendas and stakeholders.Are you up for the challenge About the department Global Commercial Solutions - The position is based in Commercial IT India - an area with 100+ employees closely working with colleagues across 7 Regions in International Operations and in North America Operations, within Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical and other Commercial functions. The position For this techno functional role, an Ideal candidate will be good at communication, collaboration & driving process with a strong knowledge on Adobe Experience Manager - Performance & Testing. You have to manage and support day to day maintenance of Smart Pen Developer (SPD) site and the Novo Nordisk Developer's Portal (NNDP). You will set up and operate monitoring of the site performance and set benchmarks for both sites. Implement instructions for a testing performance of the sites. Execute and report the test results. You will be project managing the content development (eg translations) and coordinating updates to the sites. Quality checking new content on both sites in collaboration with Content Hub and the System Manager. Also, manage the digital accounts (end-to-end techno functional systems support, incident & problem management as well as change & release management) as well as support business queries and support user management across systems. Qualifications Master degree, bachelor degree or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience Knowledge on quality tools Excellence in business and system understanding Good knowledge on Performance tool & Adobe Experience manager Accountable when working with deadlines Ability to work independently and to identify and prioritise tasks within own area of responsibility Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, vendors & users. Proactive mindset Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills written and orally in English. Good interpersonal skills.
