The Position

As an Advanced Business Analyst, you are expected to work with SAP primarily within Master Data objects. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• Act as an agile team member, execute full-time dedication to a single cross-functional team that potentially span across organizational silos.
• Drive centralization in supporting the developers and doing initial testing and verifying solutions.
• Handle service now incidents, investigate and provide timely solutions to Winshuttle system errors ensuring business continuity.
• Drive process optimizations and governance and act as Master data Steward.
• Be a part of Master Data CAB (Change Authority Board), and supports the MD CAB member and ensures efficient communication regarding MD issues and process optimization between the MD process CAB and the MD.

Qualifications

• You hold a Masters/Bachelors within supply chain management, production or mechanical (or equivalent) from a reputed institute with 8-9 years of experience working in a corporate company.
• Solid experience with SAP, primarily within master data objects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is essential for this role, preferable Agile certified.
• Experience working with Master Data and its principles and practices is necessary, as well as the ability to manage and analyze data sets, identify errors and outliers, and develop customized data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge and experience working with Win shuttle, including its core features and functionalities is a preferable.
• Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver and Return and the supporting master data.
• Experience with problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Root Cause Analysis is desirable.

About the department

Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts; Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain GBS is part of the last one focusing business through offshoring. The unit is anchored under Supply Chain Planning (SCP) in Head Quarter and is the agreed place to consolidate Supply Chain activities across Novo Nordisk. The Supply Chain offshoring journey has started in D&S, Service Delivery Catalogue is taking form and other areas within Product Supply can soon join or add to the Catalogue to optimise costs and reduce complexity by operating an effective supply chain.
