Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide - Consolidate & Stratify the REX obtained from Manufacturing sites during the serial Production & Warranty and drive for its capitalisation (post GSR) -Perform RFC analysis and drive for its capitalisation (pre GSR) -Conduct Weekly Meeting with Manufacturing Sites to address perennial & repeated issues -Animate PFMEA and ensure REX are addressed through a robust mitigation plan -Ensure Special Process PFMEA are updated based on REX (Serial & Warranty ) by experts on periodical basis -Develop Control Plan in line with PFEMA and monitor for its effective implementation -Analysis data recorded through Self inspection and identify the scope for improvement - Develop KPIs to monitor RFT for Adv Indus Deliverables ( WI/PBOM/ROUTING/METHOD TIME ) - Create/update checklist for reviewing the deliverables based on REX capitalisation -Ensure the compliance with standard referentials (IRIS, APSYS..) -Ensure the compliance of AVVA for deliverables -SMR No Go analysis and implement Preventive Action - Monitor performance of RFT for SEC load (NEO & DELMIA) and action plan for improvement of feedback from global sites Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\'s mobility.
