Generate admissions by creating a steady flow of inquiries through school seminars, open seminars, and residential outreach activities.
Visit schools to meet principals, coordinators, and management teams for business development and to support admissions.
Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, provide guidance, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Build connections with local tuition teachers to identify new student leads.
Follow up with parents to ensure timely collection of pending fees.
Manage the student journey smoothly by handling necessary administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining good relationships with students and parents and resolving concerns quickly.
Ensure adherence to all internal processes, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
