Generate admissions by creating a steady flow of inquiries through ATL & BTL activities such as school seminars, open seminars, and residential outreach.
Visit schools to meet principals, coordinators, and management teams to support business development and achieve admission targets.
Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, provide a positive experience, and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Build connections with local tuition teachers to identify new admission opportunities.
Follow up with parents to ensure timely collection of pending fees.
Manage the student journey smoothly by handling all related administrative processes.
Deliver excellent customer service by building strong relationships and resolving concerns quickly.
Ensure compliance with all internal processes, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
