Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, and community hubs to promote programs
Generate and nurture leads through cold visits, referrals, and local partnerships
Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, and open houses
Deliver persuasive presentations and one-on-one counseling to prospective students and parents
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets across assigned territory
Maintain accurate lead tracking and conversion data in CRM systems
Provide market feedback to improve outreach strategies and messaging
Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align field efforts with campaigns
