Admission Manager
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Manager at Iia professional college located in Bengaluru. The Admission Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire admissions process. Duties may include counseling prospective students, providing information about admission requirements, reviewing applications, organizing and conducting interviews, and making admission decisions. The Admission Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure that the admissions process runs smoothly. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions or related field Experience with student outreach, recruitment, and relationship building Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of admission policies and procedures Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems Experience with student data management systems and CRM software is a plus
