Manage leads from marketing, social media, referrals, and follow-up regularly.
Maintain accurate data in CRM/Excel and ensure timely updates.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and complete the admission process.
Coordinate with academic, finance, and support teams for smooth onboarding.
