Job Description
Job Summary 1) Counsel Students regarding educational issues such as course and branch selection and career planning. 2) Handling the walk-in/telephonic inquiries 3) Facilitate admission process by maintaining required documentation, data analysis and report generation 4) Support & guide prospects by resolving their queries related to various facets of the admission process 5) Making outbound calls as and when required. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in any stream.
- Looking for a candidate with good written & verbal communication skills who can fit in to customer facing role
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proficient in MS -Excel & Word
- Day shift
