Roles:

Act as the

first point of contact

between students/parents and the institution. Guide prospective students through the

admission process

. Serve as a

liaison

between the academic team and students. Act as an

advisor and mentor

to help students make informed career/education decisions.

Responsibilities:

Student Interaction:

Counsel students and parents about courses, programs, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

Lead Conversion:

Follow up on inquiries, leads, and applications to ensure maximum enrollment.

Documentation:

Assist students in filling out application forms, preparing required documents, and completing the admission process.

Guidance:

Provide detailed information on eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, and campus facilities.

Follow-ups:

Maintain regular communication with students (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to ensure conversions.

Database Management:

Update and maintain student inquiry records in CRM/software.

Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly admission and enrollment targets.

Career Counseling:

Help students choose suitable courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.

Event Participation:

Attend and represent the institution at counseling sessions, exhibitions, or school/college visits.

Customer Service:

Resolve queries and provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction.
