Responsibilities:

Student Counseling

: Guide students and parents about available courses, programs, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.

Lead Handling

: Respond to inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Course Guidance

: Help students choose suitable academic programs based on their interests, career goals, and qualifications.

Application Assistance

: Assist students in filling out admission forms, compiling documents, and completing enrollment formalities.

Follow-ups

: Regularly follow up with prospective students to ensure conversions from inquiry to admission.

Information Sharing

: Provide detailed information about curriculum, fee structure, scholarships, and institutional policies.

Target Achievement

: Work towards achieving individual and team admission/enrollment targets.

Database Management

: Maintain accurate and updated records of student leads, interactions, and admissions.

Counseling Sessions

: Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions, webinars, or seminars for awareness.

Collaboration

: Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administration to streamline the admission process.

Problem Solving

: Address queries, doubts, and concerns of students and parents promptly.

Reporting

: Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and share updates with management.
