Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Qualification



Identify potential customers through research, inbound inquiries, or cold calls.

Qualify leads based on needs, budget, and buying timeline.

2. Customer Outreach



Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, or social media.

Conduct product demos or presentations via video conferencing tools.

3. Sales Conversion



Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales.

4. CRM Management



Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

5. Collaboration



Work closely with marketing for lead nurturing and campaigns.

Coordinate with customer support and field sales for seamless customer experience.

6. Target Achievement



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

7. Product Knowledge



Stay up to date with product/service offerings and industry trends.

Be capable of explaining technical or complex features in a simple manner.

8. Customer Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up for upselling, cross-selling, or renewals.
