Role Description This is a full-time Admission Counselor position located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, offering specific program information, helping with course selections, and providing advisement on program suitability and eligibility. This on-site role will require interfacing with numerous internal departments and external groups such as students, faculty, and families. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in education, marketing, communications, or related field 1-3 years of experience in a similar admission counseling role Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills The ability to work as part of a team and to interact professionally with diverse groups, including students, faculty, and families Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems (SIS) Understanding of current trends in higher education and admissions The ability to work well under pressure and meet target metrics Experience in lead conversion, follow-ups,counseling on call prospecting and coordinating with the managers.
