Designation: Education Counselor/ Admission Counselor
Experience: 1 to 4 years Job Responsibilities:

Handle calls on leads generated
Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.
Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.
Generate relevant reports from the same.
Admission counseling of walk in inquires & converts them into admissions.
Conduct campus visit of inquires(Physical/Virtual)
Keen to learn & upgrade product knowledge from time to time for better sales.
Conduct zoom sessions and counsel parents over video meetings.

Skills Required:

Attractive personality and excellent communication skills.
Must be fluent in communication.
Must have relevant working experience of atleast 1-3 yrs.
Should have effective convincing skills to deal with parents.
Sales experience is must. (Ed tech sales exp. Preferred).
Responsible for achieving targets and open to work in extensive working environment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 912,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:
