Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students and parents
Counsel students about our training models, certifications, and placement support
Understand the candidates' needs, career goals, and suggest appropriate programs
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions in CRM
Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Coordinate with the training and marketing teams for campaigns, webinars, or offline sessions
Support in organizing orientation or onboarding of enrolled candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as an Admission Counselor / Academic Counselor / Telesales Executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in English & Hindi)
Ability to handle objections and confidently close admissions
Understanding of the education/training domain preferred
Good with Excel, CRM tools, or admission software
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven
