Position Overview:

The Counsellor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and clients, promoting the services of Miracle IT Career Academy, and addressing inquiries effectively to convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and inform them about Miracle IT Career Academy's courses and programs. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about admission processes, course offerings, and other details. Follow up on leads via phone calls, messages, and emails. Maintain a database of contacts and update records with details of interactions and outcomes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive image of the academy. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Counsellor, Sales Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and local languages. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
