Application Management:
Assist students in completing and submitting applications, review and verify submitted documents, and maintain accurate applicant records.
Recruitment & Outreach:
Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, open houses, and campus tours, to attract qualified students.
Counseling & Support:
Conduct interviews and one-on-one sessions with students to understand their goals and interests and provide career guidance.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate databases of student interactions, contribute to data analysis, and prepare admission reports.
Collaboration:
Work with admissions teams and other departments to meet enrollment targets and ensure a smooth admission process.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial for interacting with students and families.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential for handling multiple responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is important for managing applicant data and activities.
