Maintain daily records of sales and purchases.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of stock.
Update inventory registers or software accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers for orders, delivery schedules, and payments.
Generate reports on stock movement, sales, and purchase trends.
Assist management in budgeting and forecasting inventory requirements.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Maintains stock levels and keeps records of goods received and issued.
Support HR-related activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and PF documentation.
Address guest or staff queries related to administrative matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BBA/M.COM /B.COM
Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in the hotel/restaurant industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
