Overview:
? Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008/2008R2/2012/2014 and 2016 environments database administration in Windows and virtual environments
? Performing detailed performance analysis and resource utilization of systems.
? Implementation of HA options like Log Shipping, Mirroring and Replication and Clustering options for SQL Server
? SQL AlwaysON.
? Own, track and diagnose and remediate database related incidents and requests within SLAs
? Writing T-SQL, including complex stored procedures, functions, views and triggers
? Experience with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
? Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
? SQL server service pack, security patches installation, Migration and upgrades.
? Backups, restores, recovery models, database shrink operations, DBCC commands, Database mirroring, Replication.
? Troubleshooting SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention.
? Knowledge on Windows Administration
? Knowledge in Oracle and MongoDB administrations.
