JOB FUNCTION:
As a part of the Global Business Services team, supports and enhances the overall UL experience for internal and external customers. Under general supervision, provides backend support and fulfillment of tasks for Engineering and Customer Service departments such as creating or revising documents, accurately entering and managing data into multiple certification databases, and provide resolution to incoming questions. Performing special tasks as needed.
