As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the school. You will work closely with the school management and staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the school management and staff to plan and implement school policies and procedures
• Overseeing student enrollment and admission processes
• Managing student records and data, including attendance, grades, and disciplinary records
• Preparing and managing the school budget
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Supervising support staff, including administrative assistants and maintenance personnel
• Handling inquiries from parents, students, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and school policies
• Planning and organizing school events and activities

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in school administration or a similar role
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with school management, staff, parents, and external stakeholders
