1. General Administration
Supervise day-to-day administrative operations of both the college and hospital.
Maintain discipline, order, and a professional working environment.
Coordinate between departments, faculty, hospital staff, and management.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory regulations.
2. Academic Administration (Teaching College)
Assist in organizing academic calendars, examination schedules, and class timetables.
Coordinate with faculty members for lectures, seminars, and academic events.
Manage student records, admissions, and enrollment processes.
Liaise with university and accreditation bodies for affiliations, inspections, and compliance (e.g., NAAC, NMC, DCI, INC).
Handle documentation related to faculty appointments, promotions, and evaluations.
3. Hospital Administration
Oversee the hospital's non-clinical operations such as front office, admissions, billing, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, and diagnostic services.
Ensure proper patient record management and medical documentation.
Handle licensing and regulatory compliance for hospital operations (e.g., fire safety, biomedical waste, AERB, NABH/NABL accreditation).
4. Human Resource Management
Supervise recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll processing for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Address grievances and ensure staff welfare measures are implemented.
Monitor performance appraisals and professional development programs.
5. Financial Administration
Prepare and monitor budgets for both academic and hospital operations.
Oversee procurement of equipment, consumables, and other supplies.
Ensure timely payments, maintain accounting records, and support audits.
6. Infrastructure and Facility Management
Oversee maintenance of college and hospital infrastructure, including classrooms, labs, wards, and hostels.
Ensure availability and upkeep of utilities like electricity, water, and internet.
Manage AMC contracts and vendor coordination.
7. Liaison and Coordination
Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, and affiliating universities.
Support inspections and audits by regulatory bodies like NMC, NABH, DCI, etc.
Facilitate community outreach programs, CME activities, and training sessions.
8. IT and Records Management
Ensure the efficient use of hospital information systems (HIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and data security.
Maintain digital and physical records related to students, staff, patients, and institutional compliance.
