Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
Handle office correspondence, incoming/outgoing mails, and courier services.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing calendars.
Support HR and finance departments with documentation and logistics as required.
Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and reimbursements for staff.
