ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - TOUR OPERATIONS Work days: Mon-Fri Work hours: 9:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. Salary: 20-25 K/ month Job Location :Remote(Hyderabad Location) Note: Candidates need to have their own laptop Female candidates interested in the position can submit their resume to simpled.hr@gmail.com Job Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks related to our tour operations. Your primary focus will be on coordinating and finalizing all logistics, from hotels and flights to creating tour itineraries and managing travel documents. You will work closely with the tour operations team and vendors to ensure smooth and memorable travel experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Research and Vendor Selection:

  • Research and evaluate hotels, flights, and ground transportation vendors for each city in each tour region.
  • Collaborate with the team to finalize and select the most suitable vendors for each tour region.
Booking Logistics:
  • Book hotels, flights, and ground transportation vendors for each city in each tour region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Documentation Management:
  • Create a Tour leader file for all regions.
  • Generate unique IDs for each tour participant and manage tour-related documents.
Printing and Shipping:
  • Handle all printing and shipping-related tasks related to the tour materials and documents.
Travel Logistics:
  • Organize and manage travel logistics for the internal team, including flights and accommodations.
Digitization and Technology:
  • Digitize leads collected on tour for future reference and analysis.
  • Assist in the creation of a Tour App, including uploading all travel documents and itineraries.
Vendor Coordination:
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with hotels and vendors to finalize arrangements and ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office administration and travel coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software, travel booking platforms, and digital tools.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
