Key Responsibilities Raising DOD and all other accesses required for new joiners. Blocking tech lounge appointments for new joiners for new system setup Raising requests for access for application/drives and following-up on the approval, coordination of staff seating, seating allocation, raising move requests, desk setups etc. Team support for IT and Infra assets issuance / issue resolution including liaising with IT and Amin Procurement of software licenses/hardware, raising PO\'s and coordination/follow-up Maintaining asset inventory comprising wokrstation, laptop, Jabra etc For STA, perdiem tracking and issuance for the team & Co-ordination with vendor for the FX delivery & verification of Invoices Assisting local team with booking of meeting rooms locally and onshore regions for Video Conference meetings Creating ticket for new cost center creation, blocking unused cost centres, remaining/modification of the CC and balance/assets transfer from cost center Creating and executing surveys to collect high volume database Raising ticket for staff to activate or deactivate their voice recording access, accordingly, raising the ticket for skype upgradation. Deactivation of printer access & removing external mailing access of exit staff as part of leavers control Keeping track of entertainment budget for FIC. Helping team to book event venue Removing Extension and Hardware of exit staff Changing ownership, extending validity of, or deleting Generic IDs Updation & Recertification of Mailing list Interviews setup for FIC which includes the coordination with the panelists and the external candidates, also blocking their calendar\'s For grads / intern hiring, providing logistical support for all team travels, blocking of conference rooms for HR/mentor session with Interns /Grads, buddy / interview calls set-up Distribution of goodies to the team
