Role: Administration Manager

• Age 45 Maximum

• proficiently managing various functions such as time office operations, , security oversight, vehicle maintenance, office equipment upkeep, and maintaining effective communication with local law enforcement.
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills, you will oversee daily local procurement, encompassing tasks such as managing procurement processes, soliciting vendor quotations, issuing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely payments.
• Your proactive, results-driven approach will be complemented by excellent English communication skills (proficiency in Hindi and Telugu preferred).
• In this role, you will be accountable for recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping staff based on established checklists. You\'ll also handle security measures and driver deployments, arrange interviews, facilitate travel arrangements, and oversee basic office functions.
• Furthermore, you will be tasked with the recruitment, training, and deployment of support staff, including drivers, office assistants, housekeeping personnel, and security guards.
• A strong emphasis will be placed on maintaining stores and records meticulously, adhering rigorously to established procedures for both inbound and outbound flows.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office and will leverage their expertise to optimize operational efficiency.
