About the Role:



The

Management Trainee - Administration

is effectively leading the administration function for the organization across India. This individual will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing all administrative policies, procedures, and services to ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of all regional offices and clinics. Leading a regional team of Admin Executives, the Management

Trainee will drive best practices, optimize resource utilization, and contribute significantly to the overall organizational efficiency and employee well- being.

What You'll Own:



Leadership & Functional Headship:

Develop and implement nationwide administrative strategies, provide strategic direction, set and maintain high service standards, and forecast future administrative needs.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional Admin team. Set objectives, conduct reviews, provide feedback, and ensure optimal staffing and deployment.

Facilities Management & Infrastructure:

Oversee all aspects of facilities for offices and clinics (space planning, maintenance, fit-outs, relocations). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and implement preventative maintenance.

Vendor Management & Procurement:

Identify, evaluate, and manage administrative vendors. Negotiate contracts for cost efficiencies, monitor performance (SLAs), and oversee quality and cost- effective procurement.

Security & Safety Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and emergency plans. Ensure employee and asset safety, conduct regular audits and drills, and liaise with authorities.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare and manage the annual administrative budget. Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures while ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Travel & Logistics:

Oversee corporate travel arrangements (policy, vendor management) and manage logistics for inter-office movements, events, and other organizational activities.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all administrative operations comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies. Maintain accurate records and develop/update administrative manuals.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Clinical) and act as a key administrative contact for regional heads and clinic managers.

What We're Looking For:



Education:

Master's degree in Business Administration (any specialization).

Experience:

0-2 years in administrative support, with demonstrated experience in procurement or supply chain. Internships, academic projects, and relevant work experience highly valued.

Leadership & Skills:

Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Strong grasp of facilities management, safety, and procurement. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills. Proficient in budget management and cost control.

Communication & Adaptability:

Exceptional communication (written, verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Technical & Travel:

Proficient in MS Office Suite and administrative software/tools. Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
