Administrative Duties:
Overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence.
Maintaining physical and electronic records.
Communicating with vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.
Accounting Duties:
Recording and maintaining daily financial transactions, including general ledgers and bank reconciliations.
Processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assisting with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Managing company assets and inventory.
Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring timely tax filings.
Supporting payroll processing.
