Understand customer and company quality requirements.
Ensure customer requirements and effectively communicate with the factory.
Efficient to establish all types of QA systems\xe2\x80\x94a process in all the units, e.g., fabric inspection, patterning, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing, etc.
Effectively interact with the technical, development, and production teams to maintain product quality and ensure that targets are achieved.
Supervise the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
To give size-set sample approval and print, embroidery, wash, etc.
To maintain all discipline and compliance issues and ensure final product quality.
To maintain communication with the management team.
To prepare and send the QC report to the management.
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
