Job Description

: * Organize and maintain personnel records.

  • Support and facilitate with manager for employee gifting and delivery.
  • Manage office activities
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Support new hires during the onboarding by creating necessary access and scheduling Meet-greet session.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement activities
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports (Birthday's, Work Anniversaries, Newborn, timesheets, Important announcement)
  • Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues in support with manager
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects & Initiatives
Qualification:
1. Graduate in any stream and any certification related to HR is preferred.
2. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications especially MS excel skills).

We are looking for somebody who is willing to learn and facilitate all office admin work. He/She has to have punctuality, integrity and go-getter attitude.

The candidate should be from Hyderabad and should have excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Telugu - Mandatory).

Should have own vehicle.
