Support and facilitate with manager for employee gifting and delivery.
Manage office activities
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Support new hires during the onboarding by creating necessary access and scheduling Meet-greet session.
Actively participate in employee engagement activities
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports (Birthday's, Work Anniversaries, Newborn, timesheets, Important announcement)
Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues in support with manager
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects & Initiatives
Qualification: 1. Graduate in any stream and any certification related to HR is preferred. 2. Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills. 3. Computer literacy (MS Office applications especially MS excel skills).
We are looking for somebody who is willing to learn and facilitate all office admin work. He/She has to have punctuality, integrity and go-getter attitude.
The candidate should be from Hyderabad and should have excellent communication skills (English, Hindi and Telugu - Mandatory).
