Job Description
We are looking for a HR Manager who will Develop performance driven work culture and support Company's growth. Below are the roles and responsibilities-Role and responsibilities:
- Recruitment
- Employee engagement
- Performance system
- Payroll
- Admin
- Recruitment - Drive the entire recruitment process (candidate search to induction) and fulfill human resource requirements. Build internal database and ensure continuous talent supply.
- Employee engagement - Develop and conduct activities to ensure better employee engagement, work effectiveness, and employee's development.
- Performance system - Design and implement program and processes to ensure better employee performance, recognition and reward, and measurement system.
- Payroll - Manage payroll, TDS, and income tax calculations part. (CA assistance will be provided)
- Admin - Manage day-to-day small admin responsibilities.
