About the Role We need an extraordinary Admin Operations Associate - Plant Care Services Department to join our team and sprinkle some magic on our office. With the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time, you will be responsible for smooth and efficient office management. This includes handling various office activities and Admin Ops-related tasks, strong attention to detail, excellent email writing & interpersonal communications, and the ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time. Roles and Responsibilities Daily Operations: Efficiently manage daily office operations, with a specialized focus on PCS. Oversee employee onboarding, ID card issuance, and attendance management, ensuring the smooth functioning of PCS. Reports, Documentation, and Coordination: Prepare and maintain various reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office applications. Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, actively contributing to administrative support for PCS. PCS SPOC: Act as the primary point of contact for PCS attendance tracking, leaves, and all Admin Ops-related matters. Navigate high-stakes email correspondence with clear and professional communication, maintaining a high level of coordination with blue-collar staff. Key Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative and HR roles, with demonstrated expertise in office management and day-to-day operations. Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English, with strong email writing and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills in creating reports and presentations. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Proactive problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with HR processes, including employee onboarding, attendance management, and HR-related documentation. Knowledge of basic financial and budgeting principles would be a plus. Compensation and Benefits: We believe in paying competitive salaries to our employees based on their experience and expertise and our base salary for this role ranges from 3 to 5 Lakhs per annum.
