Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Tasks:



Maintain and manage company records, documentation, and regulatory licenses. Coordinate with various departments for seamless internal operations. Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation for regulatory inspections and audits. Support HR and finance departments with administrative functions as required.

2. Logistics Management:



Plan and coordinate the supply chain activities including procurement, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to distributors, hospitals, and retailers. Track shipments and coordinate with vendors and transport agencies for dispatch and delivery. Optimize logistics costs while maintaining delivery efficiency.

3. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:



Monitor stock levels, reordering, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products (temperature, humidity, etc.). Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation and batch tracking of all goods received/dispatched.

4. Compliance & Documentation:



Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical logistics regulations (GDP, GSP). Maintain documentation for product movements, batch numbers, and expiry details. Assist with regulatory inspections and audits (FDA, CDSCO, WHO-GMP, etc.). Maintain MSDS, COAs, invoices, and related documents.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
