Core roles and responsibilities

Office and administrative management:

Supervise daily office activities, manage office supplies and inventory, and handle procurement.

Scheduling and coordination:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff.

Communication and correspondence:

Answer phones, manage emails, and handle both incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Document and data management:

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, manage databases, and assist with data entry and record-keeping.

Reporting and presentations:

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other important documents.

Support and collaboration:

Act as a point person for maintenance, mailing, and purchasing requests, and provide support to various departments like HR and finance as needed.

Financial and budget support:

Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking, and prepare invoices or simple financial summaries.

Event and meeting support:

Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and training sessions, which can include preparing agendas and taking minutes
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
