Manage daily office operations, including facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Develop and implement efficient administrative processes, procedures, and policies.
Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure efficient performance.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Financial and record management:
Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
Maintain financial records, including payroll, cash flow, and petty cash.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, such as the daily operating control (DOC).
Process and track manufacturer accounts, including warranty claims, rebates, and co-op advertising.
Executive and staff support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, managing correspondence, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
Take dictation and meeting minutes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
