Manage and maintain administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
Coordinate with IT and healthcare teams for scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and IT equipment.
Assist in onboarding and documentation for new employees.
Maintain records of attendance, shift schedules, and compliance reports.
Support facility management and vendor coordination.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and healthcare compliance standards.
Provide support during audits and inspections.
Respond to internal and external queries professionally and promptly.
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and IT systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and flexible working hours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in IT or healthcare.
Experience with ERP or HRMS systems is an advantage.
