Job Description


: Roles & Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining files and records. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked, equipment is maintained, and office spaces are clean and organized. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between departments, employees, and clients. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements when necessary. Prepare and edit various documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational guidelines. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports and analyze data as needed. Assist in HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and organizing employee orientation programs. Assist in managing financial activities, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping. Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain good working relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for employees or visiting guests. Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, workshops, or conferences, including logistical arrangements and coordination with participants. Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduate and Masters in Healthcare Administration Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
