Key Responsibilities ? Oversee daily opening and closing of office, showrooms, clinic, and warehouse. ? Monitor housekeeping and security staff attendance and performance. ? Conduct regular checks for cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies. ? Maintain attendance logs, shift schedules, and duty rosters. ? Handle vendor coordination for housekeeping, security, and office supplies. ? Prepare and submit daily/weekly admin reports to management. ? Support internal teams with administrative requirements (stationery, office utilities, etc.). ? Coordinate minor facility maintenance and escalate issues where required.Required Skills & Competencies ? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Ability to handle multiple sites (office, showroom, clinic, warehouse) efficiently. ? Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language. ? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). ? Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. ? Ability to coordinate with vendors, staff, and management Candidate Profile ?
