Outbound and Inbound Calling:

Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, and handling incoming calls from interested parties.

Sales Generation:

Identifying customer needs, presenting relevant products or services, and closing sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building rapport with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Order Processing and Documentation:

Accurately recording customer information, purchase details, and payment transactions.

Product Knowledge:

Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

Identifying opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products to existing customers.

Feedback and Reporting:

Providing feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, as well as preparing sales reports.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
