Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office functioning.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely documentation using digital tools.
Provide administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Manage calendars, arrange meetings, handle calls, emails, and internal communication.
Track office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and manage procurement.
Support in building SOPs, checklists, and admin workflows.
Maintain databases, update trackers, and assist HR/Accounts teams.
Plan travel, team meets, and event logistics.
