Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admin Controller - Plant to join our team at TRUSTEGIC. As an Admin Controller - Plant, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and operational activities of our plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position with executive-level responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Admin Controller or in a similar role
  • MBA/ BE
  • Strong understanding of site in charge and administration
  • Expertise in KRA/KPI implementation and monitoring
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and regulations
  • Proven experience in manpower management and deployment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Roles and Responsibilities

1.Performing duties as Site Admin Controller for coordinating all the activities as per Scope of Work

2.Compliance of all the contractual requirements and fulfilling requirement of KRA/KPI. 3. Allocation of job to respective job supervisor and ensure that the Jobs are completed as per Scope of Work and as per the timelines mentioned in the Tender.

4.Statutory compliance and following safety norms as per requirement of Contract.

5.Site Admin Controller will ensure availability of minimum Man power on daily basis.

6.Taking field round for ensuring proper execution of job.

7.Ensuring quality of job as per satisfaction of EIC / Terminal In-charge.

8.Submitting daily progress report with backup documents like attendance register, measurement sheet, photographs, documents, instruction register, job register etc.

9.Working as coordinator and controller between BPCL officers and contract manpower. 10. Taking Feedback on regular basis from BPCL officers and ensure improvement whereObservation / concern is given.

11.Attending meeting on daily / weekly /monthly basis.

12.Liaison with Govt. and Statutory Authorities.

13.Manage local issues.

14.Procurement as per contractual requirement.

15.Site Admin Controller will ensure that manpower deployment will be done as per Qualification and experience mentioned in tender document, he will completely assess a documents of the person to be deployed, will take preliminary interview and if found satisfactory, he will arrange the final selection / clearance with BPCL Officer / BPCL Terminal In-charge as the case may be.
