Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Create brand image and symbolic appeal by developing Communication of Group Wide Service Verticals: - ABG Code Red ABG Travel ABG Workspace ABG Locator logo, collaterals etc. Website and Mobile App UI/UX design + content for all functions Writing Communications and emailers for all function. End to End creation of promotional campaign in print and digital media like standee, brochure, posters, desk elements, emailers, newsletters, social media posts, WhatsApp posts, desktop banner etc. Video and Animation Content Social Media Promotion through posts, gif, video etc. Making official documents such as official presentation deck, SOP, Reports etc. Communication within Corporate Administration Develop SOP/ Books and Booklets/ Official Document Creating Emailer, Newsletter, Banner Digital Promotion through Portal and Social Media Channels. Video and Animation Content through Videobuzz, Youtube and played at Facility TV Screen. Adminee ChatBot Using Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning techniques to train the Adminee Chatbot for featuring her at the Web, App, WhatsApp and MS teams platforms. Policy Documentation Support in formulating Group level / Admin level / ABMCPL, ABC level policy documents/ circulars & process notes and SOP related to Service Verticals. Social Media Develop Social Media Presence of Corporate admin and all service verticals, Cross Promotion. Develop Social Media Calendar and update posts Social Media according to the Calendar Developing Media Campaigns & Marketing Promotions to gain engagement and hence brand identity among the target audience resulting in more downloads of the apps, footfall in the website. Website/ Mobile App Conceptualize & Ideate the Logic, make framework, followed by wireframe, followed by designing the front end of the website.
