To drive this initiative forward, we are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our dedicated Cross-Border E-Commerce Team in Ahmedabad. If you are passionate about e-commerce, global trade, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you to be part of a pioneering team that will shape the future of Klub. Responsibilities Office Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Manage office supplies and equipment. Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update databases, records, and files. Input and manage data accurately. Keep track of important documents and ensure physical and digital copies are properly organised. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate travel arrangements for executives or team members. Task Coordination: Collaborate with team members to ensure goals are met. Arrange logistics, catering, and materials for meetings and events. Process invoices, receipts, and other documents as needed. Office Technology: Assist with software and hardware maintenance for digital assets and office equipment. Coordinate with IT support/vendors when needed. Required Qualifications Proficiency in local language and English. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 1 year of experience in managing administrative responsibilities for a small to mid-sized business. Ability to problem solve on the feet. Strong alignment with Klub\'s cultural values. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Freshers who are eager to learn are welcome. Candidates based out of Ahmedabad will be preferred.
