Team is taking care of all expansion of group for PAN India . Starting from finalisation of property to till handover to operation team

About the role:

Paytm is looking for an experienced Admin- Project associate for managing the project deliverable with proactive approach.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Design Management

\xc2\xa7 Design skills and knowledge

\xc2\xa7 Analytical thinking skills

\xc2\xa7 Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently (MS project, auto-cad, Primavera etc.)

\xc2\xa7 Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams

\xc2\xa7 Ensuring structural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality

Overseeing the design process using technical expertise

\xc2\xa7 Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction

Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time

Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process

\xc2\xa7 Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design

\xc2\xa7 SPOC for coordination during planning, design development and delivery phases ofproject.

\xc2\xa7 Manage the design process and bridge the gap between the concept Designer & the execution team

\xc2\xa7 Responsible for implementing an appropriate framework for corporate interior fit-out projects

\xc2\xa7 Ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project time scales

\xc2\xa7 Ensure the Design, QS & Project Management Teams are working closely and aligned to respective deliverables & assignments

\xc2\xa7 Manage the design and site delivery team\'s performance of delegated responsibilities

\xc2\xa7 Support, understand and advise the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of the design

\xc2\xa7 Strive to eliminate health and safety risks in the design and financial risks during construction

\xc2\xa7 Ensure the design and project deliverables adherence to the projects budget and organization financial target

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholder

2. Project Management

\xc2\xa7 Project Management activities for executing the projects

\xc2\xa7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

\xc2\xa7 Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

\xc2\xa7 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

\xc2\xa7 Develop detailed project plan to track progress

\xc2\xa7 Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost

\xc2\xa7 Prepare presentations and communicate on the current project status on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to different levels in the organizations

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate ensure availability of internal resources and third parties/ vendors

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

\xc2\xa7 Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel\'s performance) and report regularly on project status

3. Documentation & Communication

\xc2\xa7 Lead Efforts in documentation and mapping of the current process for Standard

\xc2\xa7 Operating Procedures for operating or maintenance of the products

\xc2\xa7 Supplier Management & Supplier Quality

\xc2\xa7 Perform Supplier Evaluation, Negotiations (as required)

\xc2\xa7 Regular reporting on the projects_Timelines, Status, Cost & Quality

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate and effectively communicate with internal resources and third parties/ vendors

\xc2\xa7 Ensure proper closure of snags and handing over from the vendors and not limited to warranty certificates, asset tracking ( list), invoices, drawings CAD,PDF, As BUILD, SHOP etc

\xc2\xa7 Closure of snags within 15 days of the First Day of business

\xc2\xa7 Timely training and facility handover within 15 days from First day of business to FM operations team and taking necessary sign-offs

4. Process improvement

\xc2\xa7 Quality : Process development, documentation and process improvement

5. Financial Management

\xc2\xa7 Manage budgets, expenses, cash flow and reporting

\xc2\xa7 Tracking of invoices to closure and taking NDC from the vendors

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

3-5 Years in relevant field (Interior Fit-out)

Candidates have to min. 2 years\' experience in IPC/PMC

Education: Bachelor of Architecture/ Master will be preferred in relevant fields (SPA, NICMAR, RICS)
