Job Description

Communication & Coordination:

Answering phones, managing emails, and acting as a central point of contact for internal teams and external visitors.

Scheduling:

Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.

Document Management:

Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports; maintaining filing systems and databases.

Office Operations:

Tracking office inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is maintained.

Support:

Providing administrative support to staff and management, including assisting with expense tracking and basic bookkeeping.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
