Administrative Support
Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (physical & digital).
Draft, review, and circulate memos, reports, and official communications.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Manage calendars, travel bookings, and itineraries for senior executives.
Staff & HR Coordination
Support HR in onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain employee records and assist in organizing training sessions.
Coordinate team activities, workshops, and office events.
Financial & Compliance Assistance
Assist in preparing expense reports, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
Maintain records of office expenditures and budgeting.
Support audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation.
Project & Event Coordination
Provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and conferences.
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in administrative or executive-level office management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership:
Ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and manage office operations efficiently.
