We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join Aditya Birla Health Insurance Agency Manager. Locations :Fort, Andheri, Virar, Vashi .This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of agents and driving the sales of health insurance products. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry to take their career to the next level.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in health insurance
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team performance
• Strong knowledge of health insurance products and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools

• Manage a team of Aditya Birla health insurance agents and provide support in achieving sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Train and mentor agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion
• Track and analyze team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of policies and processes
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements
