Actively hiring for Manager - Training Support & Compliance Experience Required : 6-8 years Location - Gurgaon N.P- 15 days to Immediate Joiners only. Must have - Aviation Industry Experience Job Responsibilities/KRAs: Design, issuance, revisions, distribution, implementation & compliance of Operations Training Manual Issuance, revisions, distribution & compliance of training support manual DPM, FIM, and training forms Systems upkeep towards Flight Crew training, qualification, and renewal Audit of internal processes which includes documentation, record upkeep and system database. Regulatory and Financial audits Project Management Work in coordination with FSD, DGCA towards Trainer Upgrades & renewals. Operations Training Manual edition, revision approval Training Facility approvals & agreements Work towards automation of processes, system enhancements Monthly review of credit and simulator usage, pending invoices, regulatory approvals Any other assignments from Reporting Manager/VP-Training If interested do share your resumes at
