POSITION OVERVIEW : Life Science Functional Consultant
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
: - AD & ADFS Support: (L1 - Infrastructure Support):
Experience: 2 to 5 Years (AD, ADFS)
Work Timings: Rotational Shifts
Work Location: Bangalore.
- Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills.
- Provide Tier 1 support for Windows server related issues as required.
- Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements.
- Proactive and reactive monitoring system alerts and act according to that.
- Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, the solution for global infrastructure .
- Develop detailed schematics relating to new installations and existing upgradation, migration or integration.
- Provides day-to-day project support of AD infra with an emphasis on assuring goals and commitments are met on time and with a high level of quality.
- Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Active Directory.
- Management skill of Active Directory 2003/2008/2012 infrastructure and ADFS. Implementation & trouble shooting of group policy.
